Minimize the Risk of Fraud from misuse of various payment modes. The transactions are manually scrutinized and verified by the team and a decision is made to approve or flag the transaction based on the various Risk parameters. As an analyst you will have to take a judgment to either accept or reject the transaction based on his or her assessment of the risk. In case the information provided is incomplete/incorrect; the customer is been contacted for verification before a decision to flag the transaction is made.
Scrutiny of Documents to release the order.
Review of Sub-Merchant previous sales pattern and Investigation of the merchants credentials.
Notification to the sub-merchant in case of illegally activities being conducted and in violation of the CCAvenue Agreement.
Co-ordination with Sub-Merchants/Customers/Banks to liaise in Fraud/Dispute/Chargeback cases. Timely action is required to ensure that cases are handled efficiently and as a result no financial loss to Avenues or its sub-merchant.
Maintaining the Team database of Fraud Transactions/Customers details. Regular updates are to be made to ensure potential fraudulent transactions are identified in time.
Keeping updated with the Fraud trends and practices. Being pro-active in identifying and intimating the team of suspicious transaction patterns or possible fraudulent merchants.
